I have enjoyed every second (and bite) but I am ready to get back to my normal clean eating. I am actually CRAVING some fruits and veggies!
It's back to work tomorrow so I am meal prepping today to avoid the last minute panicked thought of "whats for dinner?"
Tomorrow we are grilling burgers ๐and having my new FAVORITE summer side dish ☀️ a Mediterranean chickpea salad.
It's so quick and easy to make and is great as a side dish or alone as a light lunch.
